How do I cancel a third party app from iPad Pro?

Hi

i wish to cancel a weekly subscription called pigment which is not show in my account under subscriptions.

new to this ipad...



If the subscription does not show up when you follow the steps in View, change, or cancel your subscriptions, then it is not billed through Apple. You would need to get in touch with the app's developer.



If the subscription does not appear in your account after following the steps in the support document you came from, make sure it was initiated through your Apple ID.

You say you are new to this iPad, does that mean you may have activated the subscription from a different device?

 

Beyond that, if it still does not appear, its possible the subscription was not actually activated.  Have you been charged?



Was the 1st app downloaded for our child to colour in. Didn't say it charged $5 wkly. Apple sent us the charges last wk and has now credited that $5. They also said I will have to cancel subscription so not to keep getting billed. It does not show up in subscriptions only our apple iTunes we purchased today. How can I contact the pigment app to cancel? Thx



Was it purchased through your Apple ID?  Through a different device? Or account? Was the device used to download the App using a different Apple ID?

 

As said, if it does not appear when following the steps in the support document, then its not being billed through that Apple ID at the very least.

I assume it was this app? Pigment - Coloring Book for Adults on the App Store
