How to get back the "File Edit View etc" menu bar

I selected an option to not show this menu bar but now I cannot get it back - can anyone help with this? It should be just an easy thing to do but I vannot find anything about how to do this.

Just to clarify this:

I use ITunes on my PC - Windows7.

The problem is that I right clicked on the menu bar "File Edit View etc" and in error, selected an option to not show the bar. Now I can't find the way to get it back nor can I find this in any instructions.

I just put itunes 11 on my computer, Window7.  I don't have a menu bar either.  What gives?  I can't find any help for this on this site's search (and not on Google either).

Cntrl + B will display or hide the menu bar.

I have the no File, Edit, View, Etc menu bar issue when I drag the Excel screen to my second display. The Control + B does not resolve this problem. How do I correct this issue? Thanks.
