Activity App Achievements

Ive had my Apple Watch for over two years now and have received the majority of Achievements in the Activity app except one - New Move Record.

It appears to have borked and never worked.  Basically is says;

Earn this award when you set a record for calories burned in a day after your first 10 days.  Your personal best is 0 Calories and you're earned (X) so far today.

X being what ever I achieve on the day.  I suspect the fact that it has recorded 0 as my personal best that I can never be awarded this achievement.  I have certainly gone past 10 days.

Now to fix this I have tried to unpair/pair my watch, update IOS and WatchOS to the latest, even had new iPhones since getting the watch.  I have of course searched for answers but come up blank.  I do of course have the new Exercise Record achievement and receive the new Move Goal regularly as well as the Move Goal 200%, 300% and 400% achievements.

How can I fix the Move Record from 0?

Anyone else have this issue?
