Family sharing access to connected devices

My Son has an apple device, and his mother is the administrator for the family sharing account. I'm curious how much access to the various apps on a connected device has as the administrator has with family sharing?

Can they see the safari browser history, Imessages, emails, notes etc. ?

Will they have access to any of the settings remotely?
