Move one Logic Pro project into another

Hello!

I would like to insert everything from one Logic Pro project into another. I've read Import data and settings from other projects, which mentions to select File > Import > Logic Projects, but for me this option is not available. It only gives me 3 options (Audio File, MIDI File, Music Memos File).

Is there something I am missing?

Could someone please point me to the right direction?
