Abnormal Fan Speed / Frame Drop (Late 2013 15" ...

Hi, everyone

It's been a few months since I bought my late 2013 15" MacBook Pro, so since then I always have issues when I play Facebook videos on both Safari and Google Chrome... For instance, it always drops frames and fans are spinning way faster than they need to. This situation overcomes my knowledge, so I might find some help here...

It's very odd and interesting at he same time that 4K YouTube videos are playing just fine, without any lag/frame drop. Is it because of a "conflict of interests" between macOS Sierra and Facebook render engine/codecs? It can't be due to it's slightly outdated specs, because, as I said above, 4K videos are playing perfect, even local 4K content is rendered and played smoothly. Besides all, I think that an Intel Core i7 and 16GB of RAM can handle a 720p compressed video from our "beloved" Facebook. No doubt on that!
