I want to delete an ICloud account with an inac...

I have an icloud apple id which is a disabled email address, I would like to delete it but I am stuck in a continual loop requesting a password for the Old ID. I cannot access the email address to reset the password and I cannot delete the ICloud Account from the device

I have the same issue. How did you delete?
