Updating iTunes and iOS

I was trying to update my iPhone 7 to iOS 11 on my Windows laptop. So, I went to iTunes and checked for updates for my phone. I know that iOS 11 is available today and my phone is compatible. It said iOS 10.3.3 was the most recent update. So, I assumed something was wrong with iTunes. I looked for updates for iTunes. I am on 12.5 and the update was for 12.7. I went to the Apple Software Update program and started the download. It stopped after a couple minutes and said "iTunes has an invalid signature. The download has been removed". It suggested the "download only" option. So I did that, same error. My idea is that there is a problem either in iTunes or on my laptop. Any helpful help is appreciated. Thank you.
