Newly Created Custom Ringtones not copying to i...

I cannot get any newly created custom Ringtones (made in Garageband and .m4r) to copy over to iTunes. When I go to my iTunes media folder in Finder, under Tones, I copy all my newly created ringtones and try to move them to the sidebar or tones section and it doesn't import them.

It will import the very first one, but after that it will not import them. It has them listed with the title "Untitled" and it has the dotted circle next to each one like it's trying to load in, but it never loads in. I have attached a screenshot showing what it is doing.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
