Songs with a dotted circle

I bought a new computer and installed itunes. Synced my phone and now i have duplicate songs with one having a dotted circle next to it when I look at my device in itunes. I've unchecked sync music, synced and then checked sync music and synced again. Still have the duplicates. They don't show up on the iphone itself. Is my next step to delete all song from the music setting in my phone and then resync?

 

iPhone se. Windows 10. Both updated.
