charter communications (IPAD 2)

I did a master reset to my IPAD 2, when it came back on, i started doing the whole set up process, when a charter communication message came on and than ask me to type in the user and password. Charter communication its supervising my ipad and i have no idea how that hapenned but i need help getting rid of charter communication from my ipad, if you know what to do please let me know...

If you do not work for Charter Communications, I'm guessing that you purchased this iPad used. If that is the case, then it was not fixed for sale, or was stolen from Charter. You are going to have to try and reach out to this company, check on the status of that iPad, and if they sold it, they are going to have to remove the device from their group, so you can use it. Only they can remove the supervision profile.
