MacBook Pro Display

Hi Everyone

I bought the new MacBook Pro about 4 months ago! Now each time I turn it on, on top of the screen there are horizontal gray lines which become less visible (or lets say somehow disappears not completely though) when the screen is on for while or when it's charging, I have no idea what to do with it. Is it hardware problem? And how to solve it?
