some. mail folders disappeared with Mac OS 10.13

A lot of mail folders I used to keep records have suddenly disappeared from the list of mailboxes. The usual is still there: inbox, trash, sent, VIP, etc, but not "transit", etc I created.

You can always restore these from your Time Machine backup. You can learn how in recover mail from Time Machine ?
