Macmini running Windows via Bootcamp and Sierra...

I have a MacMini connected to the Internet via cable. I am running Windows and Sierra. Windows connects to Internet fast, Sierra is as slow as molasses. How can I get Sierra to run as fast as Windows?

they don't affect each other so it's not really a bootcamp issue
