How do you turn off limit ad tracking?

I need to turn off limit ad tracking to do certain things on my iPod Touch, but my settings will not allow me to. How can I turn it off? I have tried to reset the advertising identifier.

If you go to the screen where it says "Reset Advertising Identifier" (iOS 10: Settings > Privacy > Advertising), there should be a slider beside another setting called "Limit Ad Tracking". Toggle that to "on" or "green" to limit ad tracking. If you can't see this slider (e.g. there is a spinning wheel) then check your internet connection and restart the iPod.
