I purchased music.My phone broke, I got another...

Hi,

Before I broke my phone, I purchased a bunch of music. The bills have been emailed to me and everything. I have proof that I bought them.

I broke my phone Sunday and unfortunately Apple had to give me a new one and I lost everything on my old phone because I didn't do a back up.

But all the music should have saved onto my account. I am missing about 4-5 songs from the same album on my song playlist, and itunes account. I looked in every possible nook and cranny on my account and phone to find them and they are not there.

When I log onto Itunes and search the songs that I purchased, they ask me to buy them again.

What is particular is that the music that I purchased after these tunes are still on my account! So everything I purchase before and after these songs are there and i have them.

What is going on?

I have the bills that i purchased all of the songs and I am not going to pay 1.29$ for each again.

So if anyone can help me out that would be amazing,
