AMERICAN AIRLINES APP

Has anyone else had this problem? I cannot open the American Airlines App on my watch. It works fine on my iPhone. When I open it on my watch...it immediately closes and it goes back to my Grid or List. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App. I have reset my Watch and my iPhone. I have also contacted Apple and was told I would have to get the issue resolved with the issuer of the App (American). I have also emailed American. They have acknowledged receipt of my email (yesterday), but have not gotten back to me. Thanks for any suggestions.

I should have added......This has happened after I downloaded OS4. Also, I have not had a problem with a number of other Apps.
