Local Files vs iCloud, How to Relink Local?

I've got a 45k or so NAS library I've accumulated since the 90's. Somewhere in the past year or so iTunes decided to lose connectivity to my local file structure and go iClouds only.

Is there any way I can get iTunes to pay attention to the local directories/files again? When I try to Add to Library it just creates duplicate entries.
