iTunes does not see the files in hard drive.&nb...

Our old PC (Windows 10) failed.  I moved the storage (D drive) hard drive with 1 terabyte of iTunes data to a new PC (Windows 10), downloaded iTunes to the main (C drive) hard drive, and changed the settinsgs in iTunes to point to the iTunes folder on the D drive.  I consolidated the libray, but all the songs, movies, etc. only show in the “cloud” and not on the disk. How can I configure iTunes to “find” the data on the disk?
