Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card

no it only appears Amex MasterCard visa I have a Visa card I put it but it says Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method and I'd doesn't let me change It to none I try download a free app but it didn't appear 'none'i need help to change it to none please help

I have the very same issue and it's very frustrating. I even tried rebooting by cutting it completely off in hopes it would allow me to change it, no success. Please someone help me.
