Hello, my bluetooth headphone are not able to connect with my macbook 2016 and even macbook is not able to find it. I should delete something in my system maybe?

Start with the basics. Are there known good batteries in the headphones or are they fully charged? Are they turned on? Is Bluetooth turned on in System Preferences on the Mac? Have you tried restarting the Mac?
