some items could not be restored from the iclou...

I restored an iphone from an icloud backup. When it complwted it seemed to still be downloading my pictures and media from the backup in the background. I woke up this morning to the message that not everything was restored. 

Turns out my mifi device ran out of data and affected this. Will my device attempt to restore these items again if i connect to a line with more data?
