Review to app from purchased of previous country

Hello,

I changed my account country and have lots of app purchased from previous country. When I want to give feedback to one of them, receiving an error that before reviewing it, I have to buy. Therefore I couldn't write a feedback to lots of apps unfortunately.

Hope this problem will be solved soon.
