theres no logo for snapchat notifications

when I get a notification from snapchat, this appears:

ALL other apps have their logos except for snapchat, this only happens after updating to Watch OS 4. I have erased the watch to factory settings and restored it, the issue still persists.

You're not the first person to report this with the Snapchat app in watchOS 4. My advice would be to wait as Snapchat likely needs to issue a fix. You can let them know about the issue in case they're not aware already: https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/i-need-help.
