Apple Care+ from US valid in other Apple Care+ ...

I purchased a ipad with Apple Care+ in US. Right now I am traveling to India and they don't have Apple Care+ so icare will not service my ipad here.

But I am visiting Germany where Apple Care+ is available. Will I be able to get service there based on my agreement? And if I do then do I pay US rate or EU rate for service fee?
