Payment charge twice

I bought a set of coins on one of my apps for 7.99 on Sept. 11th, 2017. It has already shown up in my mobile bank statement as a "posted transaction" but today(Sept. 14th) I was charged an additional 7.99 but I didn't get any more coins than what I have and this isn't the type of app that you get an auto subscription to. I'd really like my money back.
