Keep Watch on when lowering wrist

Hello,

I have an application for the car, namely, Dronemobile. Whenever I send a command to the car, it takes 20 seconds. By that time, I rather lower my arm (wrist). When doing this action, it cancels the command. Is there a way to keep the watch on a little longer? Or a way around this?

It is normal for the display to sleep when lowering your wrist and this cannot be changed.
