I have been charged 8 times in two months and 7...

I have been charged 8 times in two months and 7 times amount is the same i.e. PKR 3,175.20. I have checked payment history but these payments are not appearing there.

Interesting thing is: I have been charged for PKR 302.40 and info of this purchase is appearing as this was for cloud monthly payment.

My credit card is showing description for both as below.

 

ITUNES.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IRL

 

 

There is not email ID from Apple support where I can report my issue through email. Whenever I try to connect with support, they given me a phone number to call on.

 

As a precautionary measure, I have delete my credit card info. from setting.

 

Can anyone provide me an email of apple support, where I could report this issue?



Your credit card has been compromised. The scammers are faking the bills are coming from iTunes. All that can be done is to cancel the card with your bank, which you already did. The bank likely offers protection/refunds for such fraud.
