My iPad Pro advises "not charging" when plugged...

How can I get my iPad Pro to charge when plugged into hotel mains?  It did this in Hamburg and now in Paris.  Could it be hotel power as this is what happens when I plug into desktop, at home.

Hi. Are you using the 12 W charging module that came with the iPad?

If the current from the charger is not enough to run the iPad, it will display "Not charging". If you put the iPad to sleep, it will charge.
