After OS4 watch will not charge

I have watch ver 1 and had no problems on OS3.2.3. After upgrading to OS4 I am unable to charge my watch.  My IQ adapter which worked the night before says not compatible. My Battery pack which I use to travel says not compatible.   I resorted to an apple usb adapter which is not give me the not compatible message but is not charging my watch its holding at about 10%.  Both magnetic cords are apple branded. 

Very disappointed
