Ipad 2 parts swap

I was given two working iPad 2s which were given to me for parts because the ex of the previous owner locked him out of account after divorce.  I know I can't get past the activation lock but was wondering if there was a part I can swap from a broken Ipad 2 (such as motherboard) which would allow me to get these working again.  Any help is appreciated.

You will need to contact the original owner and get it from them, that is the only way to get this if you are not the original owner of the device. No one here can help you circumventing the anti-theft components Apple put in place. You will need to use another forum if you wish to proceed.
