Every week my IPad Pro asks me to update my Sma...

I am using the Logitech CREATE keyboard case and iOS 9.3.1.   I reset all my settings but this has not helped.  I am assuming that I should see the upgrade progress dialog.

I have the same problem and wrote to Logitech several times before they finally offered to replace my Create keyboard. Guess what? The new, slightly different model, has the same behavior! Now, I have to state that I'm running the most recent betas, but one of their techs told me that it shouldn't matter that I was on several beta versions of iOS and still am.

It is a continual reminder that my iPad/Create combo has some kind of hardware/software problem.

Have you gotten any more help with this issue? I don't have any idea what to do, but I am sick of it telling me that I have an accessory update available, but it won't update.

The update requests are now coming everyday. The Apple Store said they have not seen nor heard of the problem and suggested bringing my iPad to them so they can run diagnostics. I plan to do that soon.

I've posted about this as well.  Same keyboard, same issue.  Constant reminders, multiple times per day.  Even when the connection is giggled.  Logitech and Apple both say it must be the other parties' issue.  Logitech replaced my keyboard with a brand new one but the problem persists.  No help from apple yet.  I haven't run across anyone who has posted about successfully updating any firmware on the Logitech Create keyboard.  Love to solve this.

Same issue here. First I thought it updated the keyboard but after getting the nagging question everyday and seeing this thread it must be a bug.

ok i have Ipad Pro 12.9 i am using Logitech creat keyboard when i turn on my ipad i get update available for Smart  available for smart connector so i said yes it is not doing anything at all what is up if this. Someone please help me out or apple people please fix The issue  The issue thank you god bless

It’s driving me crazy. Many many times a day it brings up the dialogue and selecting update does absolutely nothing at all. Did anyone get a solution for this?

I am using the iPad Pro 9.7 with iOS 10.3.2 with the Logi icreate keyboard, I received the update notification today for the first time and said ok.

The update ran through to 100% complete, the keyboard lit up and everything is working great

Same here.  Got it on my 9.7 Pro now wait and see if it comes thru on my 12.9.

Was the keyboard working before the update? We have a pair of Pros that were running 10.1.1 (I still am). When my wife updated to the next version of iOS, the Logitech keyboard stopped working.

I am using the iOS10.3.2, with the Logi CREATE keyboard when i updated to this iOS the only issue with the keyboard was the auto capitalization stopped working everything else still worked. About a week later I received the update notification, when I said ok there was a progess bar that went 100%

I received the dialog to update yesterday for the first. The update ran to complete. Today I'm getting the same thing. I got my keyboard for Christmas last year and yesterday was the first time I received the dialogue.

I use logi charger for ipad pro, had same problem. The way I fix it was to click update while it's conneted to the charger. Instead of no response u'll see update progress. I guess you can try update while the keyboard is physically connect to ipad. Hope this will help.

The keyboard covers we are talking about don't get charged.  They run off the smart connectors on the iPad pro's.
