Purchased movies on Apple TV when on tvOS 10.2....

I purchased movies on Apple TV when on tvOS 10.2.2 and they are not showing on devices since upgrade to ios11, tvos11 and iTunes 12.7.

I’ve never had this problem before and its all over the place. Only 2 of the 9 movies I bought on 9/20 are showing on my devices. On my iPad not only are those 7 movies not there, it’s only showing like 20 movies when I have over 170. And on my wife’s iPhone 7+ Which is still on iOS 10.3.3 they are all there but there is no cover art and they won’t play. They all showed before the upgrades and I’ve even watched a couple of them. Now they’re not in my library and if I go to the store it has the $ like I have to buy them.

I have reset my Apple TVs, logged in and out of iCloud and my Apple ID and quit the TV app on multiple devices (iMac, iPhones, iPad), nothing is hidden and I see everything in my purchase history. This is bananas! I can’t report a problem because it just directs me to my library to re-download my purchases... but they aren’t there. Sent an email to Apple support but haven’t heard back. Am I the only one seeing this problem? Help!
