Cursor Not Responsive After Installing 12.7

I have 3 Windows 10 laptops which were upgraded to Itunes 12.7. The cursor is not resposive on one of the three. It works on the original view that pops up, but then does not work if I change tabs/views. Keyboard entries do function.

I tried restoring to the old version of itunes but got errors indicating the music files were upgraded and could not be accessed. I am on the latest releases of Windows and drivers.
