Syncing games

There is no longer an option to sync games from iTunes to iPhone.  How may I do this?

Management of apps is now done directly on each device. But if you still have apps .ipa files on your Mac you can drag-and-drop them from Finder onto a device in iTunes so as to install them onto it - see towards the bottom of : Manually manage content on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iTunes - Apple Support
