itunes scam pandora premium plan

I received a receipt from apple saying that I paid for the subscription for pandora premium plan. I know that I didn't make any such purchase. There was a link there to cancel subscription which I clicked and it took me to the cancellation page but was asking for a bunch of my info including my social security. I'm pretty sure this is a scam but want to confirm?

That would be a scam. A lot of those going around. If you have any doubt and want to confirm, you can use the following to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

Also: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

There are many clues in your description that it was indeed a scam.  Apple does not send mails like that, or request personal information.  Delete the mail, and do not click on any links.

Thank you
