ACTIVATION LOCK issue.

Please how can I resolve Activation Lock issue? My Ipad suddenly displayed this Activation Lock page. I put my user ID and password and they were rejected. I did a reset of the password which I used to open my account on Apple Store but the same password could not unlock my Ipad

Are you the original owner of the iPad? If the Apple ID and password were rejected, are you sure this was the Apple ID you used to activate the iPad? Do you recognize the partial Apple ID that displays on the iPad when you try to activate it?
