used wrong Apple ID for purchases

I recently purchased a new iPad Pro and added a number of apps to it that I had on my previous iPad Air.  The problem is I signed in to my iPad Pro iTunes account with the wrong Apple ID.  So, I thought I was purchasing items I wouldn't be charged for because they were already on my account.  Now I want to get those refunded and use the right account, but I get the message "This purchase is not eligible for a refund." They are all apps I previously purchased on my other account.



Purchases are considered final but as well as the 'report a problem' page (i.e. https://reportaproblem.apple.com ; assuming that's what you were trying) you could try contacting iTunes Support via : https://support.apple.com/contact or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
