Etrecheck says my computer is still Poor Perfor...

My question is, how can I speed up my IMac?  I've been on this community with it's incredible geniuses, who have helped me for days. 

I ran Etrecheck yesterday and it still says my computer is running Poor.  Still fragments of Paragon software, which I think I have gotten rid of.  I went into the Library today and found some of them, and deleted them.  I do know that when you install something that parts of it go all over your computer.  But, that's about all I know. 

My Etrecheck icon isn't opening this morning.  Will you post the link and I will download it and post the results.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with this.  This week I have to write a long document and create a Power Point!  Help!
