Email Alias sent email but recipient did not re...

Is anyone having this issue? While I can receive emails from my iCloud email alias, it's a bit dodgy if I send from it but only from my phone. The recipients can receive emails from my alias if I sent it through the Mail app on the MacBook or from the browser but they don't receive it if I sent it from my iPhone. This is frustrating. The last email that went through from my alias was last Friday, 8 Sept.
