icloud date/time problem

For the second time the date/time of ALL my iCloud documents changed to 9/11/2017 8:32 !!

After the first time I restored my documents from an older TimeMachine Backup and for a short time it was OK. But today all the dates where again set to 9/11....

Anyone with the same problem? And how to solve this?
