iMac Late 2013 21.5" Display problems

Hello,

I have been having trouble with my imacs display and I believe it has something to do with an lcd display cable that is connected to the logic board inside. I have been looking to see where I can get my hands on one of those cables since it looks like it has been chipped off from one end where there is a small gray layer. The LEDs on the logic board light up except for one and that is the 4th one. I hear the chime and the rest of the desktop working except that there is no display.
