family account notifications on iphone

My family's my account has been up and running for sometime but recently I stopped getting family app request notifications on my iPhone.  I get them on my MacBook and iPad but not on phone.  Any ideas?

App Store notifications are on

Try signing out of iCloud, restarting your phone, then signing back in.
