Inserting Video in Power Point on iPAD takes to...

I inserted a few Videos in an Office 365 Power Point Presentation. The issue is that the PowerPoint is so large that it be saved or loaded anymore! Under MacOS it is possible to insert a Video as a link. I don't find this feature on the ipad though and when I try it on MacOS the video path isn't found on the iPad! Any suggestions?
