USB 3.0. What PCI slot Mac Pro 1.1?

Hi everyone. I am in the middle of upgrading my 2006 MP, so far I've pumped up the RAM, gone SSD on my boot drive but I'd like to install a USB 3.0 card. I am doing my homework and going through threads and recommendations so I won't bother you asking about which one is best (though feedback is always appreciated), but I would like to know whether it's advisable to plug the card in a specific slot or any of the available ones (2, 3 and 4) will do.
