wrong apple id on icloud profile

Hello! Recently my sister gave me her iphone 6 but she cannot log out her icloud account because it somehow has incorrect apple id username xxxxx.xxxxx@yaoo.com and the correct one is xxxxx.xxxxx@yahoo.com. Is there any way to change this incorrect apple id username ?

1. Open App Store.
2. Tap Featured.
3. Scroll down to the bottom.
4. Tap the Apple ID at the bottom left and tap Sign Out.
5. Tap Sign In.
6. Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap OK.

I already did that and it worked but my problem is icloud. I want to sign out my sister's icloud account which I cannot do because of this incorrect apple id username. Is there any way to reset wrong apple id username ?

I know the correct apple id username / password of my sister's account and I can access to my sister's icloud account via web.

Take the device, the original purchase receipt, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store. It would probably be best if your sister went with you.

If this is a used device (an owner prior to your sister), you will need to contact the seller to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device. If you can’t do that, the device is useless.

There was no previous owner. I really cannot understand how can iphone icloud account be in a relation with invalid apple id which doesn't even exist (xxx@yaoo.com instead of xxx@yahoo.com) ? Is it possible to create apple id with invalid e-mail address ? Is this some kind of a bug?

It isn't supposed to be possible to create an Apple ID with an invalid address. I can't explain what happened.
