Apple Watch OS4 Crown Misbehaves

There are two issues here.  First, after upgrading to Apple Watch OS4, there seems to be a distinct difference between the feedback when you press the Crown.  Before, there was a distinct "click" feel.  Now it's just like you press and maybe something happens.

 

This might be a hardware problem.

 

But then, the real problem is that, more often than not, when I press the crown, I am taken to Siri.  No matter what the context.  Even if I am already in Siri.  I'm used to the pressing the crown taking me back to either the watch face or the group of applications, but, more often than not, it takes me to Siri.

 

And, yeah, Mickey and Minnie are no longer responding.
