i need to cancel hayu itunes subscription

How do I cancel an automatic subscription? I have cancelled through the hayu app but 5 payments have continued to leave my account through iTunes. When I've spoken to hayu customer services they informed me that I no longer have a subscription and weren't aware that they were still receiving payments from me. I've been told to cancel through iTunes. How do I do this? Thank you
