Ricoh MPC3504

I am using a 2017 MacBook with OS High Sierra. Our office has a Ricoh MPC3504. I was able to add the Ricoh machine using the IP address and set a black and white preset for printing with no issues. However I cannot seem to find a way to add a color preset which includes the "job log" option. We track color copy jobs as we bill those to users. I cannot print in color and have tried multiple work arounds.

I found a work around on a MacBook Air that has Office for Mac, setting up a color preset in Word. In Word, you see "Copies and Pages" as an option under the "Presets" menu, so I saved it through Word for Mac and that worked. My MacBook doesn't have Windows for Mac. Thanks in advance!
