Multiple log in (3 times) one for the computer,...

Recently I began having problems logging in.  I get a box for the system log in, that is not a problem, however after filling that in I get another one for the Address Book and after that I get another for the Cloud.

Essentially I have to log in three times every time I want to use the iMac !  I believe it has something to do with my Key Chain but I have not been able to figure it out.

Can any one give me a clue!
